The ‘peopletalking’ workshop is an integral part of our organizational development work. We begin by conducting an exploratory consultation, to gain the views of the organisation’s management. Followed up by a straightforward diagnostic, this gives you the information you need for an appropriate solution to be drawn up and delivered.

We will work with you to design appropriate solutions for the issues uncovered by the exploratory phase of our work with you, and to meet your needs.

The ‘peopletalking’ workshops may also stand alone, and make a difference at any level, with any group in your organization. They can directly address: team building, productivity, morale, introducing new strategies, technologies, ideas, leadership training, customer care training. We also complement the workshops and our consulting work with staff and leadership coaching.
