John Tenn has been working in the field of training, consulting, development and high level individual coaching for over thirty years, most recently John was a senior consultant at JMJ Associates (an International Consulting company).

He has successfully consulted on many JMJ projects, including the Gorgon LNG project in Western Australia, Jacobs in the UK and mainland Europe, Eli Lilly (pharmaceuticals) in Ireland, the Clyde Nuclear Naval base in Scotland, and Tengiz Chevron Oil - Gas Utilization Plant  in Kazakhstan .

With John's range of strengths he has delivered a wide range of Consulting offerings with JMJ, including delivery of a variety of high level workshops, individual performance coaching, and other diagnostic methodologies.

John is experienced at delivering large scale development programmes, to around 70,000 people, in 70 cities and  23 countries, over a 15 years period. This experience gives John a delivery and development profile, that connects and identifies with a wide cross-section of global clients and cultures. He has trained and developed Seminar Leaders and  Senior Programme Leaders to be effective at delivering development programmes Europe wide.      

As a National Coach for the British Trampoline team for many years, John coached a world champion, the British team champions for 8 years in a row, and numerous individual British Champions. He was a British Trampoline Federation course director, coaching the coaches, a recipient of  the ‘British Coach of  the Year’ 2 years running, and awarded the status of ‘Master Coach’ by the Gymnastics Federation.

Prior to working in the world of coaching, consulting and training, John was a senior manager for local government in the management of sporting facilities.
